How long does a consulting engagement last?

Our initial contact with your team may be scheduled as a two-day offsite, or as short as a several-hour session. However, each engagement includes follow-up leadership mentoring with the team lead as well as a one-hour follow-up session with the entire team. Most engagements therefore unfold over a four- to six-week period.

What can I expect as a result of a consulting engagement?

You can expect to see quick and on-going transformation in your teams. Our follow-up session helps to underscore the learning. As with any transformational approach, the more your team puts their new learning into practice, the more powerful the transformation becomes.

Will you submit an RFP to my organization?

We can do this. However, most leadership teams have professional development budget allocated yearly. We are a premium service offering practical, relevant and quick results.
