Bring effective teams to light with Bizkinnect.

Practical, relevant and fast consulting services to transform your teams, culture and organization.

Our approach

If your teams are fragmented, you’re not alone. The hybrid nature of work has eroded team cohesion and effectiveness.

  • As organizational health practitioners, we too have experienced first-hand the devastating lack of sound cultural health in a working environment.

  • We’ve also experienced the transformation that comes from applying organizational health principles on teams and in large-scale projects.

  • Working directly with your teams, we bring to bear tools and principles that are practical and transformative—based in the work of Patrick Lencioni and The Table Group.

  • As part of their Consultant & Practitioner Alliance (CAPAPro), we have been mentored by The Table Group founder Patrick Lencioni and Table Group consultants.

Theory of Constraints Innovation Summit, 2024

Closing the gap between reality, the promise, and the yet-unimagined

I’ve had the honor of being accepted as a presenter at this year’s Theory of Constraints Innovation Summit. This should prove to be a fantastic summit with presenters from around the world, many of whom have been key to my own training and mentoring.

My presentation will discuss how TOC Thinking methods and tools can increase the speed and quality of the decisions, adoption, and alignment of your organization’s digital processes. These principles are true for any technological transformation, but my talk will focus specifically on digital threads and digital twins.

  • Meg Mittelstedt

An alumna of the UBC Graduate School of Journalism, Meg Mittelstedt worked for many years in journalism and communications. She brings the unique pairing of her humanities background with organizational health expertise. She is a Certified Six Types of Working Genius Facilitator, as well as being trained in other Table Group materials. When working together on large-scale technical projects, Meg’s focus is on the “human factors” involved in implementing a technology.

  • Rod Miller

Rod has been a Project Lifecycle Management (PLM) professional since 1999, specializing in large corporate projects such as enterprise-wide PLM and ERP implementations. Today he combines his technical expertise with his organizational health training via Table Group methodologies, as well as Theory of Constraints (TOC) certifications. He is an expert in the cultural change required for large corporate project success.

Bizkinnect led our 2022 kickoff team retreat, bringing their expertise in the Lencioni suite of resources, combined with their own rich business experience. We quickly covered so much valuable ground.

Through their empathy and expertise, our team was able to be vulnerable, tackle tough subjects, and start the year off strong and more deeply connected with one another. We continue to return to the tools they taught us.”
